Designed by Maria Vinka, the IKEA Slabang Alarm Clock has relatively simple functionality that just works with some fun added features. First you have the standard digital display with the ability to illuminate should you hit the oversized snooze button. The clock has both a standard alarm and a built-in microphone to record your own seven second wake up greeting with a volume dial to regulate the sound of both to suit your needs. You can snooze at five minute intervals for up to thirty minutes then you are on your own. The IKEA Slabang is not yet available online on their web site, but hopefully you can find it at your local IKEA with a price of $13. |
